That is a great point! It is amazing how technology is all around us. The ones that do well know where to find the right technology and make the most out of it. “Work smarter not harder” is a great throwaway line used by so many people, but I am not sure that I have ever met anyone who has been successful without a good does of elbow grease thrown in for good measure.

Perhaps the formula should rather be:

time / effort + mistakes = success

I do agree though that automation should be the mantra of any SME looking to start or grow their business.
